Orders and Delivery
Overseas customers please ensure payment is made in sterling drawn on a UK bank.
Cheques will not be presented until goods are ready for dispatch.
Depending on stocks orders should be dispatched within 4 weeks.
If any delay is envisaged you will be informed as a matter of course.

Prices for Europe, USA and other countries to be advised on receipt of order.

All UK orders are sent by first class recorded delivery or special delivery.
Overseas orders are sent by registered airmail where possible or recorded airmail.
If only small items are ordered, adjustments may be made to postage charges and a refund given.
Whilst all care is taken with packing, the odd breakage may occur. Should any part of an order be damaged, or for any reason you are not completely satisfied please return the goods immediately for replacement or refund.
Should you wish to avoid postal charges, orders may be collected from Jane Newman at any of the fairs.
